The girls arrived with their muffins, scones, pancakes and fruit, only to find that the organized boys had already begun frying bacon and eggs on the skottel braai that they had brought along. Once bacon and eggs were fried and eaten, an icebreaker was held, conducted by the Heads of
School of the Girls’ School. This was followed by personal introductions and a lavish breakfast
feast. When half an hour proved too short a time for every last crumb to be consumed, the boys
ensured that no wastage would occur by packing up the left -overs to be enjoyed for lunch! Jessica Groenewald |
